

Will launched the company 17 years ago with a series of TV essays for BBC 1 called 'Fatherhood.' Will has worked in Factual, Documentaries, Comedy, Live Event, Sport and Daytime for the BBC as well as producing or executive producing a string of network prime-time shows for the BBC, ITV, Sky and Channel Five.
Every year from 2000 to 2009 Will has either Exec produced or produced RTS award-winning or nominated programming, has served on the board of the industry body PACT, advised members of the Department of Culture and Media in both Labour and Coalition governments, acted as a consultant at Everton Football Club during the public debate about a ground move and has worked as a Communications consultant for Birmingham Children's Hospital, the Crown Prosecution Service and the Law Society.
Will has worked on both radio and television journalist notably reporting from the Rwandan Civil War. His live coverage of the barren existence in a refugee camp and an orphanage in Goma in the Democratic Republic of Congo (then Zaire) was critically well-received. He has also presented programmes for the BBC, including serving as a reporter or presenter for BBC's Watchdog, the Good Food Programme, Family Matters, On The Line, Verdict, The Arts and Crafts Hour and both the early and late-evening news. He co-presented the breakfast show Good Morning as well as presenting for Buyer's Guide and Blue Chip for Sky's [.tv] technology channel.
Earlier he was breakfast presenter at BBC Radio Yorkand a segment presenter on BBCRadio Five Livewhere he fronted a mid-morning feature related to food issues. Hanrahan's voice and reporting style continues to be heard on documentaries such as the 2008 Suffolk Strangler for Sky Television, the story of the serial killer, Steve Wright. The programme was Hanrahan's third major television documentary. His self-produced Dunblane - A Decade On for Channel Five (re-versioned for Sky TV's Crime Investigation Network as Dunblane Remembered in 2008) saw him return to the scene of the massacre of schoolchildren by deranged gunman Thomas Hamilton. Hanrahan had covered the tragedy for BBC television at the time and met again some of those he had interviewed in March 1996. In 2009, Hanrahan was a reporter and writer of a series of Documentaries related to Crime for Sky TV.
Alongside his documentaries, he has produced entertainment programming such as the four-year ITV series, Star Lives, and the BBC comedy Trexx and Flipside.
Outside of TV, Will is chair of a range of NHS working groups - work he does Pro Bono.
He is an expert on the processes needed when complex organisatins face a negative Media campaign or series of stories. He has authored training materials usable by both business and public organisations which provide a step-by-step guide to the right things to do when a negative Media bubble is expanding.
